These terms and conditions relate to Angus Mead trading as Minute Memories (ABN 61 941 800 664) operating through the website www.minutememories.com.au - as well as through our other business operations or directly from you.

1. Personal information

We may at times collect personal information on customers, but this information will only be held for our own mailing purposes and will never be sold on to other companies or marketing agencies.

The types of personal information we collect may include:

• Name

• Address(es)

• Telephone number

• Email address(es)

• Other contact details

If you’re a customer and would like to deal with us anonymously or use a pseudonym, feel free to do so.

2. Intellectual property

All media used on our website belongs to ‘Minute Memories’ and should never be repurposed without the written consent of our team. All other media that has not been created by us has been used with complete consent of original owners.

3. Terms of sale and production

Our terms of sale are stated clearly in our FAQ’s section and the ‘How it works’ section. Users can get full information on our process from these two areas and should have full knowledge of how we work before ordering a product. All users are entitled to ONE revision of their videos. Any further revision will come at an extra cost, to be decided by Minute Memories, relative to the amount of work that has been requested. Revisions beyond the first one will be charged per hour.

4. Liability

Minute Memories does not take any responsibility for funds that may have been lost by Paypal or your bank on the way to us. Any disappearing of funds in transit from your account to ours will be a matter for your payment provider i.e Paypal, your bank or any other payment service.

5. Payment

All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase and no considerations will be made for this.

6. Use of materials you send to us

None of the material you ever send to us will be on-sold to any other company. We do however reserve the right to use your videos and pictures in promotional material on our social channels and will attempt to tag you wherever possible.

7. Disputes

All disputes should be directed to our admin team at admin@mintememories.com.au - We will always endeavour to keep our customers happy, and will always try and reach a peaceful resolution in the event of a dispute. We kindly ask that all customers contact us first to resolve any matter before involving any higher authorities.

As we are based in Queensland, these terms will be governed by the laws of Queensland. In the event of any dispute, we ask that you first contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the dispute to our mutual satisfaction quickly, cheaply and efficiently. If matters do end up in court, users agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute will be in the courts of Sunshine Coast, Queensland and courts of appeal from them.
